KEVIN IMHOFF - Financial Coach

Kevin Imhoff has owned financial services businesses for over 35 years, providing hope and direction to over 4000 families and dozens of businesses.  During this time he recognized a need for middle America to not only receive holistic financial planning but also have ongoing access to financial coaching because of the fluid nature of day-to-day financial issues. As a direct result of this need he founded Blue Diamond Financial Coaching LLC in 2016 with the goal of bringing a one-on-one financial coaching relationship to families and small businesses. 

When he first started his financial services business, it began with the goal of helping individuals and families with their personal finances.  As an extension of the experiences he gained helping families and businesses with their finances, Kevin has developed unique concepts such as The LESR System and the Five Financial Basics.  He has also written several courses which he has taught to churches, businesses, and families over the years.  

Kevin's wife, Ruth, has worked side-by-side with Kevin for over 35 years as the Office Manager, overseeing personnel, systems & processes, communications, customer support and compliance.  

Kevin & Ruth have enjoyed bringing exchange students into their home from all over the world, including Spain, Germany, Gabon, Africa, South Korea and Brazil.  Kevin and Ruth also worked as partners for over 14 years in school sports.  Kevin coached soccer at the middle school, high school, and college level for over 14 years while Ruth has been the manager for school and club teams.  

JAMISON IMHOFF - Financial Coach

Jamison is the son of Kevin and Ruth Imhoff.  He has grown up with the foundation of financial principles he’s learned from his parents and decided he would like to learn to help others with their financial goals.  He spent his summers working at Blue Diamond Financial Solutions getting familiar with the financial industry. 

Jamison graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mid-Continent University in December 2013.  Because of his excellence in academics, he was honored as the only Traditional student in the history of the University to be inducted into the prestigious Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society as a Junior in college. 

Jamison is a quick study, has current ideas to help improve our business efficiency and marketing with the use of technical tools.

Jamison enjoyed having "brothers" from all over the world during his middle school and high school years. He excelled at soccer which he played during his middle school, high school and college years.  

Jamison married his college sweetheart Mary Kate in June 2014.

SUSAN OLSON - Administrative Assistant

Susan Olson joined our staff in July 2019.  She has extensive experience in the area of administration including managing a daycare, church administration and as an executive secretary for the CEO of one of Lansing’s prominent companies. Susan also has previous financial services experience as a registered representative, a bank teller, tax preparation assistant, and a life insurance agent. Since coming to work with us she has expanded her knowledge base in real estate and helping clients with estate planning. Her wide range of experience makes her a perfect fit for our team. Perhaps most important is her compassion and servant-heart for our clients.

Kevin and Ruth have known Susan for. . . well, her entire life!  She is Kevin’s “favorite” sister which makes the opportunity to work together as family even better.  Susan, Kevin and Ruth attended college together at Oklahoma Wesleyan University.  Susan also met her husband, Mitch, there.  They have been married for over 35 years and have five children and four grandchildren.
